Eligibility and Accurate Information
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase spiritual services or age-restricted goods. You agree to provide complete and accurate order, contact, delivery, and payment information.
Products and Handmade Variation
Many cabinets, preparations, papers, specimens, and curiosities are handmade, assembled in small quantities, vintage-inspired, natural, or one of a kind. Colour, texture, size, botanical appearance, crystal formation, vessel details, and included curiosities may vary. Such variation is part of the character of the work and is not ordinarily considered a defect. Substitutions of comparable character or value may be made when a listed component becomes unavailable, provided the essential purpose of the collection remains intact.
Spiritual and Divinatory Services
Tarot, divination, Reiki, energetic work, chakra assessments, past-life readings, karmic readings, and related offerings are intended for personal reflection, spiritual practice, and entertainment. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition and do not replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional care. No particular result, prediction, healing outcome, or change in circumstance is guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own choices and actions.
Appointments and Client Preparation
You are responsible for submitting requested information and attending any live appointment at the agreed time. Instructions regarding preparation, Zoom access, private appointed work, recording delivery, and follow-up will be supplied for the selected service. Policies for cancellations, late arrivals, rescheduling, and missed appointments are set out in the Refund Policy or booking description.
Prices, Payment, and Availability

Follow every label, care card, and safety instruction. Do not ingest ritual contents unless they are expressly labelled as food-safe. Keep products away from children, pets, eyes, broken skin, delicate surfaces, open flame, and moisture-sensitive objects as applicable. Stop using any item that causes irritation or concern.
